Mike oversees global business acceptance at A&O Shearman. His role includes advising senior management, partners and other senior staff on technical and commercial conflicts, other commercial and strategic business acceptance issues as well as global reputational and geopolitical risk.
Increasingly, Mike works the marketing and business development teams assisting with client and sector alignment as well as positional strategy for the global firm.
Before joining the firm, Mike previously led BAU teams at other law firms working from offices internationally.
