  • A DIFC based commercial bank on a multi-million loan to a Saudi bank in KSA.
  • A European bank, London Branch on the LIBOR transition amendments and security package update for a wastewater project in Ajman.
  • A major food manufacturing and distributing company on the amendments to its existing murabaha facility in UAE and Kuwait.

Pro bono

  • Establishing an impact investment fund in Jordan, this included the incorporation, structure and setting up of the company from the ground up. The purpose of the company is to support the sustainability and growth of SMEs that are committed to diversity and inclusion.
