Nathanael advises developers, sponsors, investors, borrowers and lenders on the acquisition, financing and development of major projects around the world in a wide range of sectors.
These include various types of energy transition infrastructure (including on- and off-shore wind, solar, energy storage and electric vehicle fleets and charging infrastructure), and transportation infrastructure (including ports, airports and roads). 

His experience includes drafting stock and asset purchase agreements, senior and mezzanine loan agreements, joint-venture agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, construction contracts and supply agreements and corporate resolutions and organizational documents conducting buy- and sell-side due diligence. 

He has experience advising U.S. and foreign clients on M&A, internal reorganization and project finance transactions, including conducting due diligence, drafting corporate documents, and advising clients on general corporate governance matters.
