Natthicha is an associate in the banking and finance practice of our Bangkok office.

Her experience includes advising on corporate, debt capital market, general commercial and litigation law.

Natthicha’s experience also includes conducting legal due diligence exercises for merger and acquisition transactions. She is an LL.B. graduate from Chulalongkorn University and is an extraordinary member of the Thai Bar Association.
