Neville specialises in all areas of IP litigation and advisory work.

He has wide experience of patent, trade mark, copyright, passing off and trade secrets / confidential information disputes. His experience includes: proceedings before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court; in arbitration; before Trade Mark Registries; under internet domain name; and company name procedures.

Chambers 2017 states that “Neville Cordell has a comprehensive IP practice which takes in transactions, litigation and due diligence involving all core rights. One client says: ‘He is extremely knowledgeable, has an excellent understanding of the law and is very good on tactics’”.
