Nick Charlwood

Nick specialises in complex, cross-border debt restructurings, insolvencies and special situations financings.

Nick advises a wide range of clients, including par and secondary investors and creditor committees, as well as debtors, financial sponsors and insolvency practitioners. He has extensive experience of restructuring processes and has worked across a range of jurisdictions and industries.
 
Earlier in his career, Nick spent time on secondment to Deutsche Bank in London, working principally on workouts of non-performing commercial real estate financings. He has also worked for the firm in Beijing and Hong Kong.
