Nick is a sponsor side leveraged finance Partner, specialising in cross-border leveraged buyouts and refinancings.

Nick acts for financial sponsors together with their portfolio companies, with his core clients including CVC, Bridgepoint, Providence Equity Partners, Goldman Sachs Asset Management Division and PSG, among others. Nick is regarded as a rising star in the market, regularly sought out by sponsors and their portfolio companies for their most complex transactions.

Nick was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2014, having graduated from Oxford in 2010 (MA, Jurisprudence).

  • Partners Group, one of the largest firms in the global private markets industry, on the financing for its acquisition, on behalf of its clients, of a majority stake in FairJourney Biologics. 
  • CVC, a leading global private markets manager, on the financing in connection with the extension of its partnership with Multiversity through a CVC managed continuation fund.
  • Bridgepoint on its recommended GBP626 million public takeover offer for Alpha FMC, a specialist consultancy business quotes on AIM in the UK. 
  • Providence Equity Partners on the financing for its acquisition of VivaGym Group, a leading Iberian gym operator.
