He advises clients in relation to the structuring, setting up and life cycle management of investment funds based in Luxembourg investing in asset classes including real estate, private debt, private equity, fund of funds, infrastructure and impact investing. He also extensively advises investors and managers in their side letters negotiation process as well as in fund financing.

Nicolas is also one of the firm’s experts on European long-term investment funds (ELTIFs) and Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
