  • KD Pharma Group on the EUR 180m bridge financing and successful refinancing through the placement of a Nordic Bond, as well as on the acquisition of the marine lipids business of Dsm-Firmenich.
  • Dastex Group GmbH, a portfolio company of The Riverside Company, on the acquisition of pure11 GmbH.
  • Stahl on the acquisition of WEILBURGER Graphics GmbH.
