Nimisha has worked on a wide range of structured finance transactions, debt capital market issues, securitisation and loan sale transactions, syndicate loans and advised on financial regulation.
She has particular experience on RMBS (stand-alone) and warehouse transactions in the UK and European markets and covered bond structures and non-convertible debenture issuances in the Indian market.

Representative matters

  • Elstree Funding No. 2, 3 and 4 - the arranger and lead managers in connection with a series of stand-alone RMBS of mortgages originated by West One Secured Loans Limited.
  • Mortimer 2022-1 and Mortimer 2023-1 - the arranger and lead managers in connection with a series of stand-alone RMBS of mortgages originated by LendInvest BTL Limited.
  • Kensington Mortgage Company Limited on Gemgarto 2023-1, a £548 million stand-alone RMBS securitisation ?
  • A UK telecommunications company on the sale of handset receivables to a banking company as part of a structured finance transaction.
  • Major banking group entities on acquisition of retail lending portfolio of an Indian non-banking financial company (previous firm experience).
  • Indian non-banking financial companies and microfinance institutions on pioneering covered bond structures in the Indian bond market (previous firm experience).
