  • StoraEnso, a leading global provider of renewable solutions in packaging, biomaterials, wooden construction and paper, on its 1bn acquisition of de Jong Packaging Group, one of the largest corrugated packaging producers in the Benelux countries.
  • EdgeConneX on the development, project financing and the environment, zoning and permitting issues of several data centers in Europe, among others in the Netherlands, located near Schiphol.
  • A micromobility growth company on its merger with another micromobility growth company. 
  • A car dealer in relation to product stewardship laws on material and chemical conformity. 
  • A wind farm company as a bidder on the Hollandse Kust West Dutch offshore wind tender.
