Noemie’s practice focuses on French and European competition law, as well as distribution and consumer law matters.

She represents clients before the French and EU competition authorities and national courts in matters including abuse of dominance and cartel investigations, guiding them through commitments, settlement procedures, and appeals.

Noémie also assists companies in the context of merger control filings from end to end, coordinating multi-jurisdictional filings for both national and cross-border transactions. Noemie has been involved in the implementation of antitrust compliance programmes, and regularly delivers tailored antitrust compliance trainings for clients, including dawn raids trainings.

Noemie assists clients from a wide range of industries, including technology and luxury products, and she brings an in-house perspective from two recent secondments in 2023 and 2024 within a client's competition law team.

  • Speaker during BNP Paribas' Pro Bono Day (2024 and 2025)
  • Coordination of the participation in Safe Passage International’s “Project Réunir”, and advice to individuals in family reunification matters
  • Coordination of the participation of A&O Shearman Paris Volunteers in the Project “Enfance Précarité Zéro” of the Alliance des Avocats pour les Droits de l’Homme (AADH)
  • Assistance to asylum seekers in the context of their requests for visa before the French authorities
  • Advising a human rights charity on a sponsorship agreement to be entered with a Euronext listed company
  • Mentoring students of Clinique Juridique de la Sorbonne (Paris) in the context of assistance to small enterprises and/or start-ups
  • Organization of fundraising campaigns for various charities in the firm’s Paris office
