Nuria has broad experience advising national and international clients (creditors, companies, and investors) on domestic and cross-border financing transactions including structured finance transactions, acquisition financing (LBOs and financing of private equity acquisitions), real estate financing, debt restructuring transactions and refinancings.

She has also advised several investors on the acquisition of performing and non-performing loan portfolios, real estate assets and debt in Spanish companies.
