MAIF Investments Japan Pte. Ltd., an affiliate of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA), on its sale of Japanese chemical storage tank operator Central Tank Terminal to KKR.

NEC Corporation on the asset sale of its Wireless Transport Business to Aviat Networks, a leading company of wireless transport and access solutions based in the United States.
