Owain is a dynamic change leader who heads the Legal Process Improvement Team, dedicated to enhancing the delivery of legal services through the optimization of processes, resourcing, and the integration of technology and AI.

With over 14 years of experience in leading and delivering transformation programs for a diverse range of clients across various industries and sectors, Owain brings a wealth of expertise to the legal industry, having spent 7 years working with large law firms and their clients.

Owain's extensive experience includes collaborating with clients to define and implement target operating models, establishing, and mobilizing transformation programs, as well as conducting comprehensive reviews of legal, operational, and business services and processes to deliver measurable improvements. His approach ensures that clients achieve significant and sustainable outcomes.

Before joining the legal sector, Owain had a successful career in consulting, where he led complex, cross-functional, and multi-jurisdictional transformation programs. He worked closely with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable plans and tangible business results.

Owain leverages a diverse toolkit that includes Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and Programme, Project, and Change Management methodologies. He is accredited in Managing Successful Programmes, Prince 2 and Lean Kanban, and holds a certification in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Oxford.
