Parul's practice focuses on representing companies and financial institutions in regulatory matters, complex commercial litigation, and securities class actions in federal and state courts.

She also has extensive experience with internal and government regulatory investigations, white-collar criminal defense, anti-corruption and compliance investigations, workplace misconduct investigations, advising clients on economic sanctions, and representing companies and individuals under investigation by government agencies, such as the U.S. Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Parul maintains an active pro-bono practice that includes criminal defense work pursuant to the CJA Act, representing individuals in parole board hearings, asylum applications, and VAWA petitions. She has also represented a national sports organization in an investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct against a former U.S. Olympic coach.

Prior to being in private practice, Parul served as a judicial intern to Judge Denny Chin of the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Richard Sullivan at the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
