A focus of his work is advising on the data protection design of digital and data-based business models and on new technologies, such as the drafting of privacy notices and consents declarations, on international data transfers and the drafting of contracts. He also advises on the handling of data protection rights of data subjects, personal data breaches and cyber-attacks as well as on data protection questions regarding corporate transactions.

Additionally, Pascal has experience in advising on cybersecurity matters, in particular under the NIS 2 Directive and the Regulation on digital operational resilience for the financial sector (DORA).
