She has a solid background in M&A deals, joint-ventures, transfers of assets, commercial contracts, corporate restructuring and due diligence processes.

Particularly, she has substantial experience working with private equity firms in several sectors, focusing mainly on the energy industry (renewables energy sector).

  • A gas and oil company in its entry into the photovoltaic renewable energy market in Spain through the agreements reached with Powertis for the development of 800MW through the incorporation of a joint venture 65/35 and with Solarbay for the acquisition of a portfolio of projects under development for 1.2GW.
  • ICG in the creation of a global gigant CX and BPO, through the acquisition of Comdata by Konecta for a deal value of 2000 million Euros.
  • Amixa and Aurica Capital on the sale of STI Norland, one of the world's leading manufacturers and installers of trackers for solar power plants, to Array Technologies Inc.
  • Sandfire in the acquisition of Matsa, Spain's largest mine, for 1.6 billion.
  • NTT Communications on the acquisition of CAPSiDE S L. a Spanish cloud platform which has subsidiaries in Spain and the UK. Aurica Capital, on the acquisition of 30% of Grupo Larrumba, a well-known group of restaurants in Spain.
