Patricia advises clients on commercial, IP and technology aspects of M&A transactions, with a focus on the communications and technology industries.
She has been involved in several digital infrastructure projects, supporting telecom operators, infrastructure providers and investors on various aspects of the deal process. Patricia spent six months in-house at Reckitt on client secondment. She has a degree in Chemistry from Imperial College London and speaks fluent Spanish.

  • Infrastructure operator on its proposed $700m sale and simultaneous carve-out of its data centre assets across EMEA.
  • Telecom and tower operators on the disposal of mobile tower portfolios in Latin America ($930m) and in South Asia ($100m).
  • South African healthcare company on the IP aspects of its $1.1bn sale and carve-out of one of its subsidiaries.

Pro bono

  • Supporting Place2Be with UK GDPR compliance project, drafting internal documents and policies.
  • Providing ad-hoc advice to Refuge on licensing and other IT/IP issues.
