Philipp has a wide range of experience advising sponsors on inbound cross-border investments, mainly in the business services, industrial and financial sectors.

Brookfield Asset Management on the USD5bn acquisition of Modulaire from TDR Capital. 

APAX Partners on various matters, including the acquisition of WGSN from Ascential. 

The Riverside Company on the majority investment in GFOS group.

Nimbus on the sale of Extrusion Technology Group (ETG) to Gamut Capital Management’s portfolio company Davis-Standard.

Charterhouse Capital Partners on the acquisition of Telio from Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG).

A consortium comprising of Life Sciences Partners (now EQT Life Sciences), HealthCap and Pureos Bioventures on the carve-out of the satoreotide business from Ipsen Pharma SAS (now Ariceum Therapeutics).

Exponent’s portfolio company Evergreen Garden Care on the acquisition of gpi green partners international GmbH & Co. KG.

Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG) on the acquisition of Dantherm from Procuritas et al.

FNZ on the USD1.4bn capital raise from CPP Investments and Motive Partners.
