Rachel has experience in a range of international disputes including investment treaty and commercial arbitration and English litigation proceedings covering commercial disputes, competition litigation, public law challenges and a private prosecution.

Rachel’s practice is increasingly focussed on antitrust litigation, particularly the defence of large-scale antitrust damages actions, including collective proceedings. Since 2017 Rachel has advised Scania on the multitude of follow-on damages claims it is facing before the English courts.

Rachel also advises the Visa Europe Member Representative [not a watchlist client; group no longer connected to Visa] in relation to the interchange fee litigation against Visa and has advised clients on follow-on damages claims in the polyurethane foam, semi conductor and auto parts industries.

Prior to qualification, Rachel trained at the firm gaining experience in the Litigation, Competition and Projects departments. Rachel has been on secondment to the Paris office where she worked in the International Arbitration team primarily focussing on commercial arbitration.
