Rebecca specialises in advising lenders and borrowers on a wide range of real estate finance transactions in the UK and across Europe including acquisition financings, development financings, senior and mezzanine structures in respect of all real estate asset classes. 
Rebecca has particular experience in representing banks, private equity funds and other alternative lenders on their real estate lending transactions. In addition to real estate finance, Rebecca has also advised both lenders and borrowers on a wide variety of corporate financings across both domestic and international markets.
 
 
Rebecca is one of the firm's key ambassadors for diversity, equity and inclusion and is leading a number of projects which focus on neurodiversity inclusion in the legal profession. Rebecca is a member of the AccessAbility network and the neurodiversity peer support group, and is a long-standing member of the Legal Neurodiversity Network in London.
