She has advised on projects involving nuclear, hydrogen, carbon capture and storage, solar, energy efficiency, interconnectors, major infrastructure and mining in Europe, Africa and North America.
Rosalba works with sponsors, government agencies, lenders, development banks, export credit agencies and regulators to structure and implement solutions that meet their strategic and operational objectives.
