Rosalba Junginger

Rosalba is an energy and infrastructure lawyer with extensive experience in advising clients on the development, structuring, financing and acquisition of complex and innovative projects across the globe.
 

She specialises in energy transition projects, helping clients to navigate the legal, commercial and regulatory challenges and opportunities of the low-carbon economy. She has advised on projects involving nuclear, hydrogen, carbon capture and storage, solar, energy efficiency, interconnectors, major infrastructure and mining in Europe, Africa and North America.
 
Rosalba works with sponsors, government agencies, lenders, development banks, export credit agencies and regulators to structure and implement solutions that meet their strategic and operational objectives.

Experience

Representative matters

AESC on the development and financing of a series of lithium-ion battery gigafactory projects in the UK, USA and France. 

The sponsor on all aspects of the development and financing of a blue hydrogen project, including in respect of the UK hydrogen business model support with DESNZ, hydrogen offtake arrangements and arrangements for the connection to the CO2 transport and storage network. 

HyCC as developer (whose current shareholders include Green Investment Group / Macquarie) on several hydrogen electrolysis projects in the Netherlands.
