Ruby is a data and TMT lawyer and has 10+ years of experience in Hong Kong. She has also been named as an IAPP KnowledgeNet Asia-Pacific Chapter Co-Chair in 2022 and was also noted for her expertise by International Tax Review in the field of Privacy and Data Protection (she was named a 2022 APAC Rising Star in this field).
