  • A leading European real estate investor developer Ghelamco on the acquisition by Ghelamco of a company owning the property located in Antwerp; advising mainly on the negotiations of the joint-venture agreement and on the successful signing and closing of the transaction.
  • A wholesale global data centre provider on all legal aspects of its first data centre development in Belgium.
  • Belgium's largest listed real estate developer on the acquisition and partial lease back of the property in Brussels and on the redevelopment of this site.
  • A subsidiary of Heylen Warehouses on the off-market sale of a 150,000 sq m logistics warehouse complex in Ghent, Belgium, via a sale-and-leaseback transaction to a pan-European fund.
  • KIM (and GENII Capital) in the acquisition of a leasehold interest on the Régie des Bâtiments headquarers in Brussels for about 140 M€.
  • GLL Real Estate Partners GmbH, an international real estate fund manager, in connection with its acquisition of all the shares of the company IMMO W 16 holding as main asset the property located boulevard de Waterloo 16 in Brussels.
  • Leasinvest and ION Holding BVBA in connection with the acquisition of all the shares of NEIF Montoyer SPRL holding the leasehold of the office property located at rue Montoyer, 14 in Brussels.
