Serap advises on a broad range of topics, with a focus on corporate and securities laws. She has also gained experience with regard to litigation and more specifically corporate litigation. 

Serap joined the firm after obtaining an LLM degree in Corporate Law at Leiden University and an LLM in Tax Law from VU University Amsterdam.
