Sharon advises trustees and agents in debt capital market transactions including standalone issues, MTN programmes, Covered Bonds programmes and securitisations as well as facility, security and intercreditor agents in loan transactions including corporate loans, real estate investment and project finance loans.
Sharon also has experience advising trustees in relation to defaults, restructurings, amendment and consent processes and exercise of discretions.

  • A subsidiary of a global financial institution as trustee and agent in respect of a US$15,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme established by United Overseas Bank Limited.
  • A group of financial institutions in their trustee and agency capacities on recent bonds issued and established by corporates and financial institutions across Asia, and in particular in the PRC, Hong Kong, India and Singapore.
