  • The initial purchasers in connection with Travelodge’s offering of GBP 85 million 10.250% senior secured notes due 2028 and EUR 250 million senior secured floating rate notes due 2030.
  • The initial purchasers in connection with Verisure Holdings AB (publ)’s refinancing of EUR 1.05 billion comprised of a high yield EUR 525,000,000 bond due 2030 and a concurrent EUR  525,000,000 term loan B facility.
  • The Hellenic Financial Stability Fund, as selling shareholder, on the sale of EUR 1.1 billion of shares in National Bank of Greece (NBG).
  • Sasol Limited in connection with the offering of USD 1 billion 8.750% notes due 2029 issued by its indirect wholly owned subsidiary Sasol Financing USA LLC and guaranteed by Sasol Limited.

  • Collaborating with the Public International Law & Policy Group on the development of guidelines for engaging in international peace negotiations.
  • Collaborating with Kids in Need of Defence (KIND); advising vulnerable families on their immigration rights and assisting with their applications for legal residency in the UK.
  • Collaborating with the National Centre for Domestic Violence; assisting in the drafting of protective order applications to vulnerable individuals.
  • Collaborating with the Anti-Trafficking and Labour Exploitation Unit; providing guidance to victims of trafficking on their submission for compensation.
