Stephen Lloyd

Stephen is Global Co-Head of Private Equity, Private Equity Sector Lead and a member of the Executive Committee.

He has over 25 years of experience advising private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds and other equity providers on acquisitions and disposals. He also advises public and private corporates and investment banks on the full range of cross border M&A and corporate finance transactions.
