Stephen Savoca is an associate in the Funds practice. He has experience advising on private fund formation as well as legal, compliance and operational matters related to the management and investment activities of private funds and their sponsors and advisers.

He assists clients with the formation of US and non-US investment funds, including hedge funds, hybrid funds, private equity funds, commodity pools and funds of funds. He also advises investment management companies in connection with their sponsorship and management of investment funds. In addition to his day-to-day practice, Stephen also represents pro bono clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephen practiced in the New York office of another international law firm.
