Tanya is a derivatives and structured finance specialist. 

She advises across a wide range of derivatives asset classes and product types, with a particular focus on structured credit, repackaging programmes, capital relief trades, emerging markets and sustainability linked financings. She has extensive experience with cross-border transactions, including those with a US nexus (having spent 4 years with the New York office). Tanya has been involved in a number of large scale regulatory reform projects such as the implementation of the uncleared margin rules, IBOR reform and the transition of various trading relationships in the futures space due to Brexit. She has also spent time on secondment to a major financial institution.

Tanya is recognized as a Next Generation Partner by Legal 500 with clients evidencing that she is ‘technically excellent, responsive and commercially minded, and proactively thinks of innovative solutions".
