She has assisted in advising lenders, sponsors and project companies on local and cross-border transactions including, amongst others, corporate refinancing transactions, solar, hydro and mining project financing transactions, and sovereign loans. Tarsha is a BCom and LLB graduate from the University of the Witwatersrand.
