Teun advises on a range of transactions involving leveraged finance, structured finance, corporate lending and restructurings.
He represents both lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border deals, collaborating with domestic and international clients such as banks, companies and PE houses. Teun graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a master's degree in Private Law: Commercial track and has been with the firm since October 2023.
