She advises borrowers and lenders in all aspects of private finance transactions, including acquisition financings, leveraged lending, restructurings, and asset-based finance.

Tia also maintains a robust pro bono practice in the areas of Women's Rights and Reproductive Healthcare. She previously served as a Legal Intern at Planned Parenthood Federation of America and the American Civil Liberties Union's Reproductive Freedom Project.
