Tiffany primarily focuses on advising private equity sponsors, their funds and portfolio companies as well as corporate borrowers on a wide range of multi-jurisdictional leveraged and acquisition financings.

She has experience in domestic and cross-border syndicated lendings, private credit, leveraged buy-outs, refinancings, exits, restructurings and general banking.

Tiffany has undertaken secondments at PAI Partners in their capital markets team, Citibank in their Loans & Acquisition Finance Origination Team, and in the Hong Kong office of the firm.
