Tim is the chair for A&O Shearman’s Centre for Leadership, Innovation and Change.

In this role he is responsible for building a strong pipeline of leaders, strengthening their skills to become effective leaders in the market and in the firm. Tim also continues to play a role in some of our most important client relationships, bringing the voice of our clients into our management discussions and strategic planning.

As a former partner, Tim has over 30 years’ experience litigating and resolving complex disputes or managing investigations for the firm’s major international clients and their senior executives. Tim also held a number of senior roles in the firm including most recently, U.S. Senior Partner and formerly head of our global Litigation Department.
