Notable recent transactions include acting for Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) on its investment in Dukes Education, acting for Ardian on its £2bn sale of Audiotonix to PAI and working on an €800m preferred equity deal for a Dutch family office (Strikwerda Investments) in which Ares and Carlyle invested.

Tina is an English qualified lawyer and spent a year working in the firm’s Paris office.
