Vicky advises on a wide range of complex insolvency and restructuring matters across a broad range of sectors and jurisdictions.

Her clients include large corporates, insolvency practitioners, banks, distressed debt funds, facility & security agents and other international financial institutions. Vicky began her legal career in the firm’s London office in 2020. She is admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales and is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Drake & Scull on its group-wide restructuring (the first large scale restructuring plan to be implemented under the onshore UAE Bankruptcy Law).

The administrators on the administration of Greensill Capital.

Babylon Healthcare Group on its cross-Atlantic financing restructuring.

The senior secured lenders of Swedish oil manufacturer Nynas AB since 2020 on various matters including the successful consensual restructuring of the group’s EUR1.5bn debt and a holistic refinancing of its debt structure.

The asset level lenders on the restructuring and bankruptcy of the Intu Group.
