Victoria advises on a wide range of derivatives transactions and collateral structuring matters, including bespoke netting, collateral and risk transfer arrangements.

She routinely provides clients with legal opinions on netting, insolvency and collateral enforceability.

Victoria has extensive experience advising major dealers in the derivatives markets on the implementation of collateral documentation resulting from WGMR, as well as experience in synthetic risk transfer deals, including “STS” compliant transactions, acting both for issuer and investor clients.

Victoria advises on sustainability matters in the derivatives sphere, including a focus on the voluntary carbon markets, and sustainability linked derivatives.
