Will advises investment and commercial banks, private capital, fund managers and major corporates across Australia and Asia-Pacific on a variety of nuanced and sophisticated financing transactions.
His diverse experience includes fund finance and asset-backed products, margin lending, loan-on-loan and holdco financing, trade finance, pre-IPO financing, and complex and vanilla structured, syndicated and corporate financing matters. He has experience in both event-driven finance and evergreen multisource debt platforms and works in tandem with his global debt finance, capital markets and funds colleagues.
