Woo Suk advises asset managers, financial institutions and corporations across a broad range of structured finance, equity-linked and debt products, including bespoke finance solutions backed by private credit.
Woo Suk has particular expertise in repackaging, private securitisation, pre and post-IPO convertible securities, preferred equity, margin loan, private placement notes and liability management transactions. Woo Suk also has experience in advising creditors on debt restructurings relating to capital markets transactions.

  • Capchase, the revenue acceleration platform for SaaS companies, in connection with is €105 million credit facility warehouse led by Deutsche Bank.
  • FC Barcelona in connection with its €1.45 billion financing for the redevelopment of the Spotify Camp Nou.
  • AlbaCore in connection with its investment of up to $125 million in MindMaze.
  • Sasol in connection with its inaugural $750 million offering of senior unsecured convertible bonds.
  • A state-owned oil company in connection with its $1.64 billion combined offering of existing shares in ADNOC Distribution and issuance of exchangeable bonds.
  • STMicroelectronics in connection with its $1.5 billion offering of senior unsecured convertible bonds.
  • The lead managers on the establishment of the Climate Investment Funds Capital Markets Mechanism debt issuance programme and inaugural USD500 million bond issuance. The World Bank acts as CCMM's treasury manager.
  • Syndicate of investment banks in respect of a £750m margin loan financing secured over shares in a UK plc.
  • Coca-Cola European Partners US, LLC (CCEP US) on its consent solicitations in connection with certain euro-denominated notes.
  • Piraeus Bank S.A. on its sale of a €1.95 billion portfolio of non-performing and denounced corporate credit exposures, backed by real-estate collateral, to Bain Capital Credit LP.
