Zofia has proven expertise in advising on national and international tax aspects of private equity transactions, real estate and private debt investments as well as on structuring of regulated and unregulated investment fund platforms. She also advises financial institutions on capital markets and securitisation transactions.

She has a particular focus on direct and indirect tax aspects of Luxembourg real estate investments as well as VAT matters.

She is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) as well as of the VAT committee of the ABBL (the Luxembourg Banker’s association) and the ALFI (the association of the Luxembourg fund industry).
