Zuzana has experience advising on various IP/TMT issues, including representing clients in litigation before the courts, advising on licensing schemes, and providing advice on software and copyrights, anti-counterfeiting, electronic commerce and IP aspects of M&A transactions.

Zuzana also advises on data protection matters, including international data transfers, outsourcing, privacy compliance and regulatory matters (including pharmaceutical law). She worked for three years as a legal advisor at the European Commission in Brussels where she handled issues related to the enforcement of intellectual property rights.

Before joining A&O Shearman, Zuzana was a trainee in the IP/technology department of an international law firm in Hong Kong.
