Zuzana is in the firm's Dispute Resolution practice, specializing in intellectual property (IP), technology and life science matters. 

Zuzana has over a decade of experience advising on a wide range of IP and TMT issues., including representing clients in IP litigation before the courts, providing advice on software and copyrights, trademarks and designs as well as advising on IP aspects of M&A transactions. Zuzana has particular experience in patent litigation in the field of life sciences. 
 
In addition to her IP specialization, Zuzana advises on data and tech matters, AI and regulatory issues. 
 
Zuzana is a known figure in the Slovak IP community and often speaks at IP-related events and conferences.
 
She has spent three years as a legal advisor at the European Commission in Brussels, where her focus was on the enforcement of intellectual property rights. 
 
Prior to joining A&O Shearman, Zuzana was a trainee in the IP/technology department of an international law firm in Hong Kong.
