2024 year in review: A&O Shearman Real Estate practice

Transactions highlights 2024:

• 7R SA: Sale of five logistics parks (7R City Flex Kraków Airport I, 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I, 7R Park Poznań West I, 7R Park Bydgoszcz I, and 7R Park Kielce) to INVESTIKA Real Estate Fund and Bud Holdings for EUR150 million.
• Immobel: Sale of the Cloud One Gdańsk hotel in Poland to Invesco Real Estate. 
• Sinfam Investments: Acquisition of the Sofitel Grand Sopot hotel from Orbis S.A. and obtaining financing from Bank Pekao S.A. 
• An international real estate investor: Acquisition of City Logistics Warsaw IV, a 39,000-square-meter industrial park, from Panattoni for EUR53.5m 
• FLE GmbH: Acquisition of MAKRO Poland's new headquarters, which also houses the Academy of Inspiration, as part of a portfolio of eleven METRO/MAKRO stores across Central Europe.
• Sona Asset Management: Acquisition of a 49% stake in CPI Project Invest and Finance, a.s., owning 11 office properties in Warsaw and two retail assets in Elbląg and Lublin.
• Skanska Property Poland: Sale of the Studio B office building in Warsaw to Stena Real Estate for EUR86m. 
• Archicom Group: Joint venture with Rank Progress to develop a residential project with over 45,000 square meters of living space in Wrocław. 
• Solida Capital: Acquisition of the G5 office building at ul. Grójecka 5 in central Warsaw from Cromwell European REIT. 
• Europi Property Group: Management buyout and delisting of Capital Park S.A., followed by acquiring certain assets of the Capital Park group.
