A&O Shearman advises Andera Partners on strategic partnership with New York Life Investments and Candriam

A&O Shearman is advising Andera Partners, a leading European investment firm which manages EUR4.3 billion in assets, on a strategic partnership with New York Life Investments, a diversified, global asset management firm with USD750bn in assets under management, acting through its global affiliate network Candriam, for the sale of a 40% minority interest in Andera Partners
  • This partnership positions Andera Partners to expand its client base and further develop its private capital strategies across Europe and globally, leveraging the distribution network, global scale, and operational resources of Candriam and New York Life Investments.

The transaction remains subject to customary consultation with the relevant employee representative bodies and regulatory approvals.
