A&O Shearman advised International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) in connection with its registered offering of USD1 billion of 4.650% Notes due 2028, USD1bn of 4.800% Notes due 2030, USD850 million of 5.000% Notes due 2032, USD900m of 5.200% Notes due 2035 and USD1bn of 5.700% Notes due 2055, as well as its registered offering of EUR750m of 2.900% Notes due 2030, EUR1.1bn of 3.150% Notes due 2033, EUR900m of 3.450% Notes due 2037 and EUR750m of 3.800% Notes due 2045.
