A&O Shearman advises on USD3.2 billion Sunrise Communications spin-off and dual listing

A&O Shearman advised Liberty Global Ltd., a world leader in converged broadband, video and mobile communications services, on the recent spin-off of its Swiss telecommunications business, Sunrise Communications.

AG. Sunrise is Switzerland’s second-largest telecommunications provider, and as a result of the transaction it became a separately traded public company with shares listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange and American depositary shares listed on the Nasdaq.
