A&O Shearman represents CUBE in acquisition of Thomson Reuters regulatory intelligence businesses

A&O Shearman represented Cube Content Governance Global Limited (CUBE), a global leader in automated regulatory intelligence and a portfolio company of Hg, a leading investor in European and transatlantic software and services businesses, in its acquisition of the regulatory businesses of Thomson Reuters Corporation.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The deal was announced on May 16, 2024.

Thomson Reuters Regulatory Intelligence is a proactive, comprehensive solution that tracks and analyzes regulatory changes within approximately 2,000 regulatory bodies and rulebooks in more than 20 countries. For CUBE, these global businesses will deliver significant scale across the world’s leading and systemically important financial institutions for a global customer base in banking, insurance, asset and investment management and adjacent regulated industries.
