A&O Shearman supports on USD1.2bn data center campus in Malaysia

A&O Shearman has advised Sime Darby Property (SDP) on a USD1.2 billion agreement to develop and lease a data center campus in Malaysia with Pearl Computing Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of a multinational technology company. This significant transaction, marks SDP's second collaboration with Pearl Computing Malaysia Sdn Bhd and underlines the firm's expertise in advising intricate, high-value deals in the digital infrastructure sector.
