Adithyan has experience working on a wide range of corporate transactions, including, mergers, acquisitions, minority investments and equity capital market transactions.

He has experience in advising buyers, sellers and management on mergers and acquisitions, including in cross-border transactions. On equity capital market transactions, he has experience in advising issuers and underwriters in various initial and follow-on public offerings across the UK, European and Asian public markets. He was previously an associate at a leading Indian law firm.

  • Advised Mitsui & Co., in its disposal of its Western European locomotive leasing business to Beacon Rail.
  • Advised Helios Investment Partners in its Series D acquisition of a minority stake in M2P Solutions (leading Indian fintech player).
  • Advised Ocado Plc on its placing and underwriters to Videndum Plc on its placing and open offer on the London Stock Exchange.
  • Advised Tecom Group, Dubai Taxi Corporation and the underwriters to Emirates Central Cooling Systems on their initial public offerings on the Dubai Financial Market.

Pro bono

  • Advised New Leaf Initiative (a community interest company) on the social investment received from Sumerian Foundation.
